The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining learning & development programs that support business goals, enhance employee capability, and promote a culture of continuous learning. This position reports to the Danaher Business Systems Leader and is part of the DBS (Danaher Business Systems Team) located in Walton Road Portsmouth and will be an on-site role. What you will do: Training Strategy & Planning Competence & Compliance Management Operational Support People Development & Capability Building Continuous Improvement Who you are: Previous experience in manufacturing training, learning & development, or organisational development. Level 5 CIPD Human Resource Development-HDR / ILM Level 5 Certificate /Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring. Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational and presentation skills. Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
