About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Training & Enablement Specialist to help shape the future of corporate travel operations across Europe. Working within the CT and FCM Training & Enablement team, you'll design and deliver engaging training programmes that support new system deployments, onboard new starters, and drive operational excellence across multiple European markets.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Technology, Deployment, and Change teams to turn complex processes and system changes into practical, accessible learning. From new hire onboarding to large-scale technology rollouts, you'll ensure teams have the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training for new system and product deployments across Europe.
  • Build and continuously improve onboarding programmes for new starters.
  • Create role-specific learning pathways covering GDS, OBTs, booking workflows, and operational processes.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and learning resources.
  • Support go-live readiness for operational teams during system implementations.
  • Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through feedback and performance data.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Support, and Leadership teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
