The Role: You will run outbound outreach for video-based e-learning modules to support businesses in managing compliance and staff training. You will start conversations, book meetings, and close simple deals - including one-off modules and bundles - often directly through our website checkout.

You will not be expected to handle LMS setup, delivery, certificates, or subscriptions. Our founder handles all complex deals and all delivery/admin. Your primary role will be to find prospects → start conversations → close simple deals → pass subscription leads upward.

This role is remote-first, with occasional co-working meet-ups in the Oxfordshire area for collaboration, training, and performance reviews.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build prospect lists across UK SMEs and regulated sectors
  • Run daily outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • Start conversations with decision-makers
  • Close one-off modules and bundles (website checkout or call)
  • Book meetings for subscription opportunities
  • Follow up warm leads and abandoned carts
  • Maintain clean CRM records
  • Hit weekly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and closed deals
  • Join occasional co-working sessions for training and collaboration
