Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

While recruitment and sales excellence will be your primary focus, you'll also shape learning across leadership, professional skills, organisational development and behaviours that underpin high performance.

Working closely with our Head of Talent and senior leaders, you'll design engaging learning experiences, coach individuals and teams, and build programmes that make a measurable difference to business performance.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on—equally comfortable designing learning programmes as delivering an energising workshop or coaching a consultant before an important client meeting.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and deliver engaging learning programmes across recruitment, sales, leadership and professional development.
  • Lead our recruitment and sales training, helping consultants excel across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
  • Own and continually evolve our New Starter Accelerator Academy, ensuring new consultants ramp up quickly and confidently.
  • Coach consultants and leaders through one-to-one coaching, live observations and practical feedback.
  • Partner with leaders across the business to identify capability gaps and create targeted development solutions.
  • Create modern learning experiences using face-to-face, virtual and blended learning approaches.
  • Develop engaging learning resources, digital content and facilitator materials.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning, using data, behavioural change and commercial outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a high-performance learning culture that supports both individual growth and business success.

What success looks like

Your impact will be visible across the business through:

  • Consultants confidently winning more new business.
  • Stronger conversion from client meetings to job briefs.
  • Improved placement ratios and commercial performance.
  • Faster onboarding and productivity for new starters.
  • Higher confidence across the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Better coaching capability within our leadership teams.
  • Stronger client and candidate experiences.
  • Learning programmes that demonstrably improve business performance.
