Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Training Officer role based in Elstree. The Training Officer will design, deliver training programs on CACI’s non-invasive aesthetic systems and protocols.

- Conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions
- Preparing training materials and manuals
- Demonstrating devices and treatments in a clear, professional manner
- Assessing learner needs
- Monitoring training effectiveness
- Providing follow-up coaching to ensure consistent treatment standards

The role also involves collaborating with product, sales, and customer support teams to:
- Update training content
- Support product launches
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Strong Training & Development and Training skills, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.
- Employee Training and Communication skills to engage diverse audiences, explain technical information clearly, and provide constructive feedback.
- Analytical Skills to assess training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust content based on feedback and performance data.
- Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, spa, or medical aesthetics industry, ideally with practical knowledge of treatment protocols or devices.
- Relevant qualification in education, training, cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field (e.g., NVQ, diploma, or equivalent experience).
- Comfort presenting in group settings, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., presentation software, learning materials, online resources); experience with LMS platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Elstree, travel occasionally for training engagements, and maintain a professional customer-focused approach.
