Are you a Training Officer from a manufacturing background looking for a stable role within a rapidly growing manufacturer offering progression and an early Friday finish?
This manufacturing company has been established for under a decade but has quickly become a leading name within its industry, achieving a turnover of over £20 million and growing to nearly 100 employees. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to strengthen their training team.
In this days-based role, you will be responsible for delivering training across the business, initially focusing on manufacturing staff before expanding into wider departments. You will ensure qualifications and competencies remain up to date while also creating SOPs and supporting ongoing staff development.
