Job title: Training Readiness Analyst (Submarine Training)

Job Description:

  • 🕒 FTC until March 2027 - Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday) high potential to go permanent
  • 📍 Hybrid – Home and Faslane
  • 🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the review and integration of training materials, learning tools and media, ensuring they align with agreed requirements and are ready for use.
  • Assisting with document reviews and attending stakeholder meetings to capture feedback, actions and decisions.
  • Supporting acceptance and readiness activities for new training content and tools, helping ensure they meet agreed standards before being introduced.
  • Monitoring progress and highlighting risks, issues or dependencies where appropriate, escalating through the correct channels.
  • Helping assess the impact of new training solutions on existing resources, capacity and operational activity.
  • Supporting understanding of current training practices to help inform the design and development of future training approaches.
  • Liaising with internal and external partners (such as training or content providers) to help ensure a coherent, practical training solution.
  • Providing coordination and support during transition activities, helping minimise disruption and supporting a smooth move into live delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
