Key Responsibilities
- Work with employers to create apprenticeship opportunities
- Source, support, and place candidates efficiently
- Manage your own pipeline of vacancies and applicants
- Promote opportunities through events, campaigns, and outreach efforts
- Drive measurable outcomes against clear targets

What We’re Looking For
Experience Range (Nice to Have):
- Recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Apprenticeship/Further Education (FE)
- Sales, account management, or business development
- ITP or training provider background
