Face-to-Face Trainer – Health & Social Care (UK Wide, On the Road Delivery)
Are you a passionate and highly experienced Trainer making a real impact in the Health & Social Care sector?
Join us in raising standards across the Health & Social Care sector by delivering training that truly impacts lives.
We’re looking for an experienced, face-to-face Trainer to join our growing team as an Associate, delivering high-quality, sector-specific or clinical training across various locations in the UK. This role requires flexibility—you’ll be responsible for driving to multiple sites, ensuring you can travel comfortably within a reasonable distance across the country.
Positions are available on a competitive daily rate basis, depending on your experience.
About the Role
As a Dedicated Trainer, you’ll deliver engaging, practical, and compliant training sessions to a diverse range of clients, including:
- NHS & emergency services
- Large care providers
- Local authorities
- Private healthcare organisations

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a live-training environment, with the energy and willingness to travel across the UK, ensuring consistent training standards across organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face, onsite training in multiple Health & Social Care settings.
- Facilitate both mandatory training courses and specialist subjects.
- Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and environments.
- Ensure all training content remains aligned with UK legislation and best practices.
- Support learners in developing competency and confidence in their professional roles.
- Travel across the UK to client sites as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a trainer within the Health & Social Care sector.
- A qualified trainer with 2+ years of in-person training experience in Health & Social Care.
- A relevant clinical or care background would be advantageous.
- A recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS or equivalent).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to inspire and connect with varied groups of learners and stakeholders.
- A full UK driving licence, car ownership, and the willingness to travel frequently.
