Training Specialist - Diagnostics

Role Overview

Position: Training Specialist (Diagnostics) Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Industry: Pharmaceutical | Diagnostics Location: London | South East Hiring for: 2 x South East Training Specialists – ideally London/Sussex based

A critical opportunity available with immediate start dates is within a leading diagnostics organisation. This role is all about supporting excellent training across NHS Trusts.

  • Deliver high-quality training for Near Patient Care products in various NHS Trusts
  • Provide on-site support during product implementations
  • Offer occasional troubleshooting to resolve operational issues
  • Requires regular travel, including overnight stays at times
  • Must have easy access to a car for field-based duties

Requirements

Experience

  • Registered Nurse or Medical Device Trainer with a strong background in similar roles

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and customer-facing engagement
  • Proven ability to deliver structured, high-quality training across multiple sites
  • Experience within NHS environments is a major advantage
