The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to build relationships with technology professionals and global businesses operating in some of the world’s most in-demand markets.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and engaging technology talent
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing recruitment processes from interview through to placement
- Learning business development and client management
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a specialist within your chosen market
This is a full 360 recruitment role, where you’ll have genuine responsibility from an early stage.
