Becoming a Grange Transaction Manager at Rolls-Royce Edinburgh
This isn’t your average desk job. As a Transaction Manager, you’ll be the master of deals, the coach of sales stars, and the go-to guru for all things finance and insurance. You’ll lead with flair, close with confidence, and inspire your team to hit those targets.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
- You’ve got 2+ years in automotive sales and some solid Transaction Manager or leadership experience.
- You’re a natural leader, a deal-closer, and a guest experience expert.
- You thrive under pressure and love juggling priorities like a pro.
- You’re tech-savvy, process-driven, and compliance-conscious.
- You’ve got a full UK driving licence, a clean Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.
