About You
We’re looking for a Transaction Manager who excels at:
- Listening to customer needs and tailoring solutions individually.
- Driving results under pressure, hitting targets, and maximising opportunities.
- Balancing sales acumen with exceptional customer care.
- Managing F&I (Finance & Insurance), deal stacking, second-facing, and team coaching with proven experience.
Essential experience: Must have prior Motor Trade experience—preferably as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Manager.
Main Purpose of the Role
You will:
- Managing all new and used vehicle sales, ensuring they are developed from enquiry to sale.
- Leading F&I (finance & insurance) sales, both for new and used vehicles, while maintaining F.C.A. compliance and profitability.
- Maximising sales and profitability through thorough implementation of the DM Keith Way.
- Ensuring all sales team members and processes adheres strictly to F.C.A. Regulations, with monthly self-audits conducted.
- Contributing to sales strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve smooth, timely performance.
- Being fully compliant with all Sales Department procedures.

Working Hours
