About The Role
Our EMEA Occupier Services team, headquartered in London, supports corporate clients across their real estate portfolios. Acting as an extension of our clients’ internal teams, we deliver strategic advice and execution across leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and workplace solutions.
We are seeking a Transaction Manager to support the delivery of real estate transactions across Europe. This role offers exposure to a broad range of activities and is suited to candidates ranging from newly qualified surveyors through to experienced transaction professionals, with responsibilities aligned to experience.
You will work closely with internal specialists and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with client strategy.

Key Responsibilities – Core
- Support delivery of real estate transactions (leasing, acquisitions, disposals) across EMEA
- Coordinate transactions from instruction through to completion
- Prepare client reporting, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate between internal teams and external advisors
- Undertake market research and site searches
- Track transaction milestones and risks
- Maintain transaction records and reporting tools
- Support negotiation preparation (comparables, analysis)
- Deliver high-quality client service
Developing Responsibilities
- Take ownership of smaller transactions
- Contribute to negotiations and lease structuring
- Build understanding of EMEA markets
- Build stakeholder relationships
- Identify risks and escalate issues
- Support process improvements

What You Bring – Essential
- Degree in Real Estate or similar
- Strong communication skills
