Position
Salary: £26,602.00 basic annual salary - £45,000.00 - £55,000.00+ OTE
Location: Taunton Ford
Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: 08:45 a.m. - 06:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (one day off in the week)
Saturday rota: 09:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., every Saturday

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Transaction Manager to join our Taunton Ford dealership.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide help and guidance to the Sales Executives to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Be responsible for ensuring all team members are trained and reviewed in line with Foray Motor Group process
- You will build and maintain the sales and customer experience team by fulfilling all aspects of the day-to-day management of the team, this will include 1:1's and supporting management
- Support with producing and presenting suitable customer offers and propositions tailored to their requirements
- You will need to work with the sales team to make sure the showroom and forecourt are always retail ready
- Manage and review the teams ongoing activity to ensure all customer enquiries are followed up to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
Requirements:
- An understanding and passion for great customer service
- Competent people manager with the ability to lead by example and inspire the team to deliver a class leading performance
- Ability to provide a first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
- Has a genuine desire to help people and the team
- Has a passion for the product - responsible for keeping up to date with the latest Ford product
- Attention to detail
- Excellent listening and communication skills
