Transaction Services Manager – Hybrid Role, Belfast

A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group
We’re seeking applicants who bring:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional certification
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience
- Focus: Expertise in M&A/due diligence transactions, particularly deal advisory and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
- Skills: Strong analytical and project management ability, with exceptional interpersonal and communication competencies
Responsibilities
Your role will evolve over time, but initially, you can expect to:
- Engage daily with senior executives to deliver client-facing services
- Lead complex projects, including financial analysis, due diligence reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior colleagues while driving team efficiency and service improvements
- Contribute ideas that enhance KPMG’s transformation as a practice

- Financial/tax/commercial due diligence
- Pre-/post-deal evaluation
- Sell-side strategies
- Financing and refinancing assistance
- Contractual negotiations and integrations
