Transaction Services Manager – Hybrid Role, Belfast

A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group

We’re seeking applicants who bring:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience
  • Focus: Expertise in M&A/due diligence transactions, particularly deal advisory and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
  • Skills: Strong analytical and project management ability, with exceptional interpersonal and communication competencies

Responsibilities

Your role will evolve over time, but initially, you can expect to:

  • Engage daily with senior executives to deliver client-facing services
  • Lead complex projects, including financial analysis, due diligence reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications
  • Mentor junior colleagues while driving team efficiency and service improvements
  • Contribute ideas that enhance KPMG’s transformation as a practice

  • Financial/tax/commercial due diligence
  • Pre-/post-deal evaluation
  • Sell-side strategies

  • Contractual negotiations and integrations
