Join us as a Transaction Services Sales & Relationship Manager Vice President

Specialising in transaction services, you’ll control strategic and day-to-day support for client services, business development and relationship building.
You’ll hone your relationship management skills and gain valuable exposure, working with a wide range of customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
What you'll do
When you join us as a Transaction Services Sales & Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for originating, managing and growing a portfolio of Financial Institution and Fintech customers, and providing exceptional customer service to them.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the broader strategy and vision for your sector too, working alongside your Regional Head to develop a strategy that deepens our customer relationships and opens opportunities for sustainable growth.

You’ll also be:
- Delivering an excellent customer experience through dedicated customer service and getting to know your customers, their financial needs and their goals
- Leading and delivering client pitches, proposals and responses to tender documents
- Promoting the Transaction Services business by attending internal, industry and customer events at regional level
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and changes
- Researching how our products compare to our competitors and suggesting improvements to our own offering
- Identifying origination opportunities to grow your portfolio by focusing on your business plan to achieve customer retention, customer acquisition, and income growth
- Setting clear and measurable targets and monitoring performance against them
- Developing tactical solutions to challenges and harnessing both commercial and evolving market opportunities

The skills you’ll need
With a background in Transaction Services and a strong knowledge of the UK payments landscape, you’ll have excellent origination and relationship management skills and a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the Financial Institutions and Fintech sectors. You’ll also have strong communication skills and the ability to operate and influence at a senior level, both internally and with customers.
You’ll also need:
- An unwavering customer focus
- Knowledge of SWIFT, Indirect Access and Correspondent Banking
- Experience of relevant legal, regulatory and statutory obligations and the management of risk within a financial services environment
- Experience in developing business for both new and existing clients, using a sales management framework
