Our Transaction Services Team (TST) is an award-winning, market-leading legal services team, providing efficient, technology-enabled support to clients. Since launching in 2010 as the first team of its kind in the UK, we’ve grown into a diverse group of apprentices, paralegals, managers, and solicitors. Our offerings include:

The Role
As a member of the TST, you’ll handle varied Real Estate assignments, including:
- Managing electronic data sites
- Reviewing leases
- Drafting and negotiating deeds
- Supporting transactions through to completion
- Providing regular client updates
- Handling post-completion work
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective communication and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
- A strong work ethic, with commercial awareness and an interest in legal technology (essential)
- Previous Real Estate paralegal experience is relevant but not essential
