The Role

As a member of the TST, you’ll undertake varied Real Estate assignments, including:

  • Managing electronic data rooms
  • Reviewing leases and drafting/negotiating deeds
  • Supporting transactions through to completion
  • Providing regular client updates
  • Handling post-completion work

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an enthusiastic candidate with:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective communication and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
  • A strong work ethic with commercial awareness
  • An interest in legal technology (essential)
