Transactions Analyst – Mileway – London
We are looking for a Transactions Analyst to join our European Transactions team. Working alongside experienced Transactions professionals, you'll support acquisitions and strategic transactions across multiple European markets, gaining exposure to every stage of the investment lifecycle.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial problem-solving. You'll work on transactions from initial underwriting through to completion, collaborating with colleagues across Europe while building the technical and commercial skills. Success in this role isn't defined solely by previous experience. We're looking for someone with strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity and a genuine can-do attitude, someone who enjoys taking ownership, embraces new challenges and is motivated to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.
Working at Mileway
We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. To get there, we live by our values: Drive, Trust, Grow, Together.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
