Your new role

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will lead and develop a high-performing transactional finance team of approximately 10, with responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing. As a hands-on and supportive leader, you will coach and mentor your team, driving engagement, performance and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in enhancing processes, optimising systems and ensuring the finance function is equipped to support the organisation through its transformation journey.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced finance leader with a strong background in managing transactional finance teams of 10 or more. You will be passionate about developing people and creating a positive, high-performing culture. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a changing environment, bringing resilience, adaptability and a proactive approach to driving improvements and delivering results. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead through change are essential.
