We are currently working with a growing and forward-thinking accountancy firm looking to appoint a Transactions Tax Manager or Senior Manager to help develop and deliver its transaction tax offering.

This is an advisory-led, commercially focused role working across acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and wider corporate transactions.

The role will involve:

  • Tax due diligence across buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Acquisition and disposal structuring
  • Corporate reorganisations, MBOs and shareholder exits
  • Advising clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle
  • Leading client relationships and managing advisory projects
  • Supporting business development and proposition growth
  • Coaching and developing junior colleagues

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Strong UK Corporation Tax knowledge
  • Experience in Corporate Tax Advisory, Transaction Tax, M&A Tax or a related area
  • Experience with tax due diligence and/or transaction structuring
  • Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, ADIT or equivalent qualification preferred
