We are currently working with a growing and forward-thinking accountancy firm looking to appoint a Transactions Tax Manager or Senior Manager to help develop and deliver its transaction tax offering.
This is an advisory-led, commercially focused role working across acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and wider corporate transactions.
The role will involve:
- Tax due diligence across buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Acquisition and disposal structuring
- Corporate reorganisations, MBOs and shareholder exits
- Advising clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle
- Leading client relationships and managing advisory projects
- Supporting business development and proposition growth
- Coaching and developing junior colleagues

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Strong UK Corporation Tax knowledge
- Experience in Corporate Tax Advisory, Transaction Tax, M&A Tax or a related area
- Experience with tax due diligence and/or transaction structuring
- Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
- CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, ADIT or equivalent qualification preferred
