Transfer Pricing Associate - 12 Month-FTC
As a Transfer Pricing Associate - 12 Month-FTC at Aibidia, you will play a key supporting role within the Professional Services team, helping to deliver high-quality transfer pricing solutions and implementation support for global clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career at the intersection of tax, technology, and client services within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
In this role, you will support both administrative and implementation-related activities, ensuring smooth project coordination, accurate data handling, and efficient client onboarding processes. You’ll work closely with experienced transfer pricing professionals, consultants, and cross-functional teams to help clients successfully adopt and utilise the Aibidia platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-population of new client data (group structures, legal entities, TP policies)
- Ongoing BAU support for established clients
- Transaction data upload and mapping
- Preparation for recurring client project calls
- Monitoring LF and MF deadlines to support proactive planning
- General project management support (trackers, workplans)
- Preparing Local Files and Master Files for Manager review
- Assist with Transfer Pricing related research

What We’re Looking For
- Finance related degree
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyse financial data and apply economic principles
- Excellent written and verbal skills, allowing you to communicate findings effectively to clients and team members.
