My client, a Big 4 Firm, is seeking an established Transfer Pricing Director to join its growing Transfer Pricing Practice.

Locations include: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Glasgow

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of complex international tax and transfer pricing advisory, supporting multinational businesses, private equity investors, and large corporate groups on high-profile cross-border projects. The role combines technical transfer pricing expertise with significant client leadership, business development, and people management responsibilities.

Working alongside market-leading tax specialists, you'll help businesses navigate increasingly complex global tax rules while designing practical and commercially focused transfer pricing solutions.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of advisory work including international structuring, operating model design, business transformations, transactions, and transfer pricing controversy matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex transfer pricing and international tax advisory projects.
  • Build and manage senior client relationships with multinational groups and investors.
  • Develop commercially driven solutions to cross-border tax and transfer pricing challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and win new business.
  • Manage project teams and oversee the delivery of high-quality client service.
  • Collaborate with international specialists across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support the strategic growth of the practice through business development and market engagement.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members and future leaders.

About You

  • Significant transfer pricing experience gained within a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of international tax and transfer pricing principles.
  • Experience in managing complex client engagements.
  • Commercially minded with strong business development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong project management and strategic thinking abilities.
