TRANSFER PRICING DIRECTOR | WEST LONDON/REMOTE | FULL-TIME
£110k - £130k salary + bonus + package
Join a billion-dollar-revenue global enterprise software company with 7,000+ employees worldwide, as we build out our international tax function.
We're looking for a Transfer Pricing Director to own and shape our global TP strategy and operating model — from policy design through to hands-on execution. Reporting to the International Tax Director, you'll turn business activity and financial data into workable, scalable transfer pricing frameworks embedded across our finance systems.

The role:
- Define and lead our global transfer pricing strategy and operating model
- Build the intercompany pricing framework across all group transactions
- Lead TP work on M&A, integrations, restructuring, and business expansion
- Oversee TP calculations, documentation, and policy compliance across jurisdictions
- Manage and grow a team, including a documentation manager and operational execution manager
- Own TP risk management, audit defence, and tax authority engagement
- Drive automation and systems improvements with Finance and IT

Your profile:
- ACA/CA or ADIT qualified, 8+ years PQE, preferably from Big 4
- Deep transfer pricing experience in large multinationals, preferably TMT
- Strong practical grasp of OECD TP Guidelines in complex commercial settings
- M&A integration expertise
- Solid international tax knowledge and strong Excel/ERP/AI tool skills
- Experience leading teams
