We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Transfer Pricing Director to expand our transfer pricing offering.
This role will involve delivering high-quality advisory services, managing key client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.
The Transfer Pricing Director will play a strategic role within the transfer pricing and international tax leadership team, contributing to the growth of the practice and supporting the TP partner in mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Technical Leadership
- Support the Transfer Pricing partner to lead the delivery of complex transfer pricing projects, including:
- Design and implementation of transfer pricing framework and policies
- Business restructurings and value chain analyses
- Dispute resolution, such as Voluntary Disclosure, MAP, APA, PDCF, etc.
- HMRC enquiry defence
- Review and sign off on Transfer Pricing documentation and reports
- Support audit and tax compliance teams by reviewing and signing off from TP perspective

Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions
- Contribute to proposals, tenders, and marketing initiatives
Leadership & Team Development
- Support the Transfer Pricing Partner in leading and mentoring a team of transfer pricing professionals
- Support the Transfer Pricing partner in resource planning, performance management, and training
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Practice Growth & Strategy
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Transfer Pricing service line
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities
- Enhance internal processes, methodologies, and quality standards
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Post-graduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, Tax or equivalent disciplines or CTA/ACA qualified
- Extensive Transfer Pricing experience in a professional services firm
- Strong technical knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and guidance, and the OECD guidelines
- Proven track record of managing complex client engagements
- Experience dealing with HMRC enquiries and international tax authorities
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
