Are you an experienced Transfer Pricing professional looking to take the next step in your career?
We are partnering with a leading professional services firm seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its growing Tax team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of multinational businesses, advising on complex cross-border transactions while playing a key role in the continued growth of a well-established transfer pricing practice. Alongside delivering high-quality client work, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to business development and influence the future direction of the team.
The Opportunity
As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you'll lead a wide range of advisory projects, supporting clients with the design, implementation and review of transfer pricing strategies. You'll work closely with specialists across Tax, Audit and Corporate Finance to deliver commercially focused solutions while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of transfer pricing engagements from planning through to completion.
- Design, implement and review transfer pricing policies for multinational organisations.
- Conduct functional interviews and oversee the preparation of Local Files, Master Files and other transfer pricing documentation.
- Manage economic benchmarking studies and pricing analyses.
- Advise on cross-border financing arrangements, including interest benchmarking and thin capitalisation matters.
- Produce clear, practical and technically robust reports and recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and win new business.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor, coach and support the development of junior team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies and technical capability.
- Keep up to date with UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD developments.

You'll ideally have:
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent.
- Proven transfer pricing experience gained within professional services or industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
- Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation and conducting functional analyses.
- Exposure to economic benchmarking and intercompany financing projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work.
- A collaborative approach with experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues.
- Confidence using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
