Overview
A leading professional services firm's transfer pricing practice is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to support a diverse portfolio of financial services clients.
The transfer pricing team advises multinational organisations on the design, implementation, documentation, and defence of arm's-length pricing arrangements for cross-border transactions. The team comprises specialists from tax, economics, accounting, industry, and regulatory backgrounds, providing a collaborative and technically strong environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical transfer pricing advice to financial services clients across a broad range of issues
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Lead and manage complex transfer pricing projects across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate with specialists across transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax, and advisory functions
- Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members through formal and on-the-job training
- Deliver timely reporting and updates to senior leadership
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to marketing and proposition initiatives
- Support proposal activity and help secure new transfer pricing engagements

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in tax, accounting, or finance (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA), or
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in economics, finance, law, accounting, or a related discipline
Experience
- Significant transfer pricing experience within professional services, industry, or a tax authority environment
- Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation and economic analyses
- Exposure to transfer pricing controversy matters, including tax authority enquiries and advance pricing arrangements
- Strong project management capabilities and experience supervising junior team members
- Financial Services sector experience is highly desirable
