I'm working closely with a leading Big 4 Firm seeking Transfer Pricing Managers and Senior Managers to join its growing Deals Tax practice.

This is a highly advisory-focused role, supporting corporates, private equity-backed businesses, and investors through acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, financing transactions, and international expansions. You'll work on complex cross-border projects, advising clients on transfer pricing throughout the deal lifecycle.

You'll join a specialist team operating at the intersection of Transfer Pricing, M&A, and Deals Tax, working on high-profile international transactions and business transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transfer pricing advisory projects across transactions and restructurings.
  • Advise clients on financing arrangements, value chain transformations, and international expansion.
  • Support tax due diligence and post-deal integration projects.
  • Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-border projects with international specialists.
  • Contribute to business development and practice growth.
  • Coach and develop junior team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
