Transfer Pricing
As our work continues to expand across sectors and jurisdictions, the breadth and complexity of the projects we deliver is growing rapidly. With A&M’s strong market momentum, we are scaling our tax practice at pace and are now recruiting an Associate to join our Transfer Pricing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants exposure to the full spectrum of modern transfer pricing work. You will collaborate with senior professionals on intellectually challenging, commercially impactful projects—including IP migration, pricing of cross‑border debt, global supply chain design, major cross‑border restructurings, pre‑deal due diligence, and post‑merger integration. You’ll also support clients through key regulatory moments such as transfer pricing disputes and tax audits, as well as help them navigate evolving policy changes as BEPS plans become more concrete.

About The Role
As an Associate in our Transfer Pricing team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering high‑impact projects for multinational clients. You’ll work closely with senior team members, contribute to complex cross‑border advisory work, and gain exposure to a wide variety of technical, commercial, and strategic challenges.
You’ll be a core member of project teams from day one—helping coordinate multi‑jurisdictional engagements, contributing to technical analysis, and interacting with stakeholders across A&M’s global network. This is an opportunity to build deep technical expertise while also developing the commercial, analytical, and client‑facing skills that will accelerate your career.
In This Role, You Will:
- Support the management and delivery of engagements by coordinating with colleagues across service lines to ensure deadlines and objectives are consistently met.
- Conduct technical research, develop a strong command of key data sources, and apply a curious, questioning mindset to your work.
- Proactively understand and meet client and team expectations, showing flexibility and commitment to deliver high‑quality outputs when they are needed most.
- Draft clear, concise internal and external communications, tailoring your style and structure to the audience.
- Participate in functional analysis interviews across a wide range of industries, helping to understand clients’ value drivers, functions, assets, and risks.
- Assist in preparing detailed economic analyses and financial models to support transfer pricing positions in a variety of contexts.
- Draft transfer pricing documentation and related deliverables in a high‑quality, structured, and concise manner.
- Contribute to client advice on complex transfer pricing issues as part of broader tax and commercial strategies.
- Support the preparation of applications and negotiations relating to APAs, ATCAs, and MAP processes.
- Contribute to business development initiatives—including preparing materials, supporting proposals, and identifying opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior team members as they develop their technical and professional skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues across A&M’s international tax and transfer pricing teams to deliver coordinated, cross‑border advice.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in transfer pricing or tax efficient supply chain management (TESCM)
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence clients
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines
