Our tax practice is unique in that we offer the opportunity to work without audit conflict and truly act a trusted business advisor. We provide our teams with opportunities and support to develop and cultivate careers that are most meaningful to them and reward them based on their achievements.

Transfer Pricing

As our work continues to expand across sectors and jurisdictions, the breadth and complexity of the projects we deliver is growing rapidly. With A&M’s strong market momentum, we are scaling our tax practice at pace and are now recruiting a Manager to join our Transfer Pricing team.

This role offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated, high‑profile engagements across the full spectrum of modern transfer pricing work. You will take ownership of delivering technically robust and commercially meaningful solutions on projects involving IP migration, pricing of cross‑border debt, global supply chain design, major cross‑border restructurings, pre‑deal due diligence, and post‑merger integration. You will also guide clients through key regulatory moments—including transfer pricing disputes, tax audits, and evolving policy changes as BEPS‑driven rules become more concrete.

As a Manager, you will play a central role in shaping project strategy and execution. You will manage workstreams, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with the Directors and Senior Directors to drive high‑quality outcomes. We are looking for someone who is bright, entrepreneurial, and confident taking ownership - an action‑orientated, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and enjoys solving complex problems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
