Senior Manager, Transformation Communications

Financial Services | High-Visibility, Portfolio-Wide Remit

6 month contract | Outside IR35 | up to £800/day

Our client, a global player in fund and asset servicing, is undertaking significant organisational transformation - and needs a senior communications specialist to lead the narrative across it.

This isn't an execution-only role. You'll partner directly with Transformation and programme leadership to own and shape communications across a live, multi-programme transformation portfolio - translating complex, sometimes sensitive change into clear, compelling communications for both colleagues and clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Defining and leading the communications strategy across the transformation portfolio, ensuring one coherent narrative across all programmes and audiences
  • Owning end-to-end internal and external communications for major change initiatives from day one
  • Building senior stakeholder relationships across the business - acting as a trusted advisor, not just a comms resource
  • Leading enterprise-wide messaging that connects individual programmes to the bigger strategic picture
  • Producing comms plans, messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps and client-facing materials across a range of formats and channels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
