About The Team

Product & Technology Development

Demand Management Office

The Demand Management Office (DMO) acts as the central front door for change, ensuring all initiatives are governed and approved through the Change Assurance framework. The role provides end-to-end oversight of change readiness, impact, governance, and decision-making to support successful and low-risk go-lives across the organisation.

What You’ll Own

  • Act as the central intake and coordination point for change, validating requests, managing expectations, and maintaining a clear delivery pipeline.
  • Interpret product roadmaps and advise on delivery resourcing, partnering closely with delivery leadership to align demand with capacity.
  • Facilitate change governance forums end-to-end, including scheduling attendees, creating materials, capturing decisions, and sending follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate change approval and readiness activities, tracking milestones, conditional actions, and ensuring all assurance requirements are met.
  • Champion the Governance framework, driving adherence, effective cross-business collaboration, and controlled progression to go-live.

What You Bring

Essential

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively across a large, diverse audience.
  • Experience working within governance or change frameworks, balancing business demand with controlled delivery.
  • Confidence facilitating forums and discussions, driving clear outcomes across multiple teams and voting groups.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a track record of managing complex information, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, able to translate complexity into concise, actionable guidance.
