Role Overview
As a Technology Transformation Consultant, you will collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to drive process improvement and organisational change from concept through to implementation. Working at the intersection of people, process, and technology, you will:
- Lead business process enhancements
- Conduct detailed analysis
- Define requirements
- Oversee testing, training, and business readiness
Ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives, combining consultancy expertise with innovative digital thinking, you will shape initiatives that:
- Enhance customer experience
- Increase operational efficiency
- Deliver measurable value
Additionally, you will support the growth of Glue Reply through thought leadership and stakeholder engagement. Proactivity, self-direction, and the ability to lead teams in complex environments are essential.
The role exists to meet client demand and maintain market leadership, seeking individuals who aspire to excellence and commit to continuous professional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, managing scope, planning, and delivery of transformation initiatives to achieve agreed outcomes and benefits.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and acting as the primary point of contact across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to:
- Define objectives
- Shape solution designs
- Validate alignment with business needs
- Analyse and document current ('as is') business processes, systems, and data flows, collaborating with stakeholders to design and challenge improved future-state ('to be') processes and technology solutions.
- Gather, define, and prioritise business and system requirements through workshops, interviews, and user insights, ensuring alignment with business drivers and clear traceability to project objectives.
- Plan and manage delivery, coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing risks and issues to maintain momentum and delivery success.
- Lead system and business acceptance testing, including:
- Test planning
- Execution
- Validation of outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement by:
- Applying best-practice delivery methods
- Refining business change processes
- Enhancing organisational maturity in technology-enabled transformation

Candidate Requirements
You must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) in a Technology, Business, or Management-related field.
- Have 5+ years’ experience in consulting or client-side delivery roles within technology-enabled transformation programmes.
- Demonstrate strong engagement management capability, including:
- Owning client relationships
- Structuring work
- Leading delivery across multidisciplinary teams
- Possess a solid grounding in business analysis, including:
- Requirements definition
- Process mapping
- Collaboration with architects, product owners, and delivery teams
- Show confidence in delivery management, including planning, tracking, and reporting progress while maintaining focus on outcomes and value realisation.
- Be a proactive self-starter able to:
- Lead teams
- Make decisions
- Drive progress in dynamic and complex environments
- Communicate with clarity and impact, building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Have hands-on experience applying delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or MSP, and the ability to tailor approaches to specific client and project needs.
- Show accountability and a solution-oriented mindset, managing competing priorities with composure and professionalism.
- Maintain a customer-focused and commercially aware mindset, consistently aiming to deliver measurable business value.
