Demand Management Office
The Demand Management Office (DMO) acts as the central gateway for change, ensuring all initiatives are governed, approved, and controlled through Change Assurance. This role ensures end-to-end oversight of change readiness, impact, governance, and decision-making, delivering low-risk go-lives while maximizing success.

What You’ll Own

Central intake & coordination of change Act as the gateway for change requests, validating proposals, managing expectations, and maintaining a clear delivery pipeline. Work closely with delivery leadership to ensure alignment between business demand and available capacity.

Facilitate change governance Lead end-to-end governance forums, including:
- Scheduling & convening participants
- Designing materials for discussions
- Capturing decisions and follow-up actions

Coordinate approvals & readiness for go-lives Track milestones, conditional actions, and assurance requirements to ensure smooth progress toward deployment.

Champion the governance framework Drive adherence to policies, effective cross-business collaboration, and controlled progression—from approval to live.
What You Bring
Essential
- Strong stakeholder management – Able to engage, influence, and communicate effectively across a large, diverse audience.
- Governance & change experience – Proven track record of balancing business demand with controlled delivery within change frameworks.
- Facilitation expertise – Comfortable leading discussions, driving clear outcomes, and navigating disagreements across teams.
- Rigorous organisation – Skilled at managing complex information, dependencies, and timelines.
- Clear communication – Ability to simplify complexity and translate insights into actionable guidance.

Desirable
- Proficient in Power Apps & Power BI – Experience in designing and leveraging no-code/low-code solutions.
