Transformation Director

Transformation Director – Flexible UK Locations with FlexFirst Hybrid Working

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with C-suite leadership to align transformation with business strategy.
  • Combine external insight with rigorous problem-solving to shape smart investments.
  • Advocate for the most impactful business-case trajectories.

Transformation & Programme Leadership

  • Own large-scale agendas—from design through operational inclusion.
  • Balance customer focus, colleague enablement, and sustainable change.
  • Drive accountability for scope, cost, benefits, and long-term business outcomes.

Digital & Data Creation

  • Champion smart energy solutions ( EVs, heat pumps, energy management systems).
  • Lead with data: using analytics to improve trusting and adaptive decision-making.
  • Work closely with leaders to align innovation with business needs.

  • Upskill teams and rewrite job duties for an agile future.

  • Embed Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) into programme design.

  • Foster adaptability and behavioural shifts that stick.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • £50m+ transformation programmes: Proven track record in leading large-scale change.
  • Energy Transition Insight: Knowledge of electrification, smart home tech, low carbon solutions.
  • C-Suite Partnerships: Trusted advisor at Executive, Board, and business-unit levels.
  • Governing Complexity:ління programme delivery, governance, cost & cultural transformation.
  • Digital & Data Mastery: Automation, analytics, and AI experience for overcoming inertia.
  • Change Expertise: Regulated environment experience & risk mitigation best practices.
  • Capability Thought Leadership: Align tighter with skills planning models for agile future.
