Transformation Director

Transformation Director – Energy & Digital Transformation

We’re so much more than an energy company. We’re a family of brands revolutionising how we power the planet. Energisers. One team of 21,000 colleagues energising a greener, fairer future by creating an energy system that doesn’t rely on fossil fuels—living our commitment to igniting positive change in our communities. Here, you’ll find more purpose, more passion, and more potential. That’s why working with Centrica Home is #MoreThanACareer.

About Centrica Home

We combine the strength of British Gas, the innovation of Hive, and the power of digital, data, and AI to reshape the future of energy and home services. As customers transition to lower-carbon, smarter, and more connected homes, we’re transforming how we serve them—creating new products, services, and business models that support a more sustainable energy future.

As the Transformation Director, you’ll lead complex programmes that drive meaningful change for our customers, colleagues, and business. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, drive execution, and unlock long-term value at scale.

About Your Team: Selling & Servicing Sustainable Homes

At British Gas, we’ve supplied energy to the UK’s homes and businesses for over 200 years. But we’re not just about supply—we’re making homes greener, more efficient, and ready for Net Zero.

Through clever tech—like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels, and EV chargers—we’re making it cheaper and simpler for customers to reduce their carbon footprint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
