Transformation Director

Join us, be part of more. Thinking big. Doing better.

We’re so much more than an energy company. We’re a family of brands revolutionising how we power the planet. We're energisers. A team of 21,000 colleagues that's energising a greener, fairer future by creating an energy system that doesn’t rely on fossil fuels while living our commitment to igniting positive change in our communities.

Here, you can find more purpose, more passion, and more potential. That’s why working here is #MoreThanACareer.

We do energy differently—we do it all. We make it, store it, move it, sell it, and mend it.

About your team:

At British Gas, our mission is to sell it and mend it. We’ve been powering the UK’s homes and businesses for 200+ years, but our focus now is broader. We’re making the UK greener and more energy efficient, helping the country reach Net Zero. Through smart tech—like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels, and EV chargers—we’re making it cheap and simple for our customers to reduce their carbon footprint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
