Transformation Director – Flexible UK Locations (Hybrid)

#EnergiseTheFuture #MoreThanACareer

Why Join Us?

We’re more than just an energy company—we’re a family of brands driving systemic change to power the planet differently. As a team of 21,000 committed colleagues, we’re rewiring the way people consume and create energy, embedding sustainability into every decision while igniting positive change in communities.

Working here means purpose beyond the role—a chance to shape a future where fossil fuels are obsolete, homes are smarter, and every team member thrives. This is #MoreThanACareer. At Centrica Home, we blend the legacy of British Gas with the innovation of Hive and the power of AI, data, and digital transformation to redefine energy for the 21st century.

About Your Team: Centrica Home

At British Gas, we’ve been empowering the UK for over 200 years. But our mission today is far bolder: greening the energy system.

Our work includes:

  • Modernising homes through smart thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels, and EV chargers.
  • Making energy efficiency cheapest and easiest for customers.
  • Enabling a greener, smarter, connected energy future—one home at a time.

We’re transforming how customers interact with energy by bridging innovation with execution. As a Transformation Director, you’ll drive strategic change in harmony with operational realities, ensuring our brand makes a tangible, lasting impact.

The Role: Transformation Director

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
