Transformation Director - Private Equity

London / Hybrid | 12 Month Initial Contract

A leading Private Equity firm is seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead the delivery of a major business transformation programme across its European operations.

This is an execution-focused leadership role, driving delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and jurisdictions while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver a large-scale operational transformation.

Requirements:

  • Programme Director or Transformation leadership experience within Private Equity, Alternative Asset Management, or Fund Administration
  • Proven delivery of large-scale business transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of investment operations and operating model change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and multi-vendor delivery experience
