💚 Who are you?

We are on the lookout for a highly consultative Transformation Lead to help our clients solve their complex and wide-ranging needs and deliver solutions.

You'll be one of the most senior contacts for our clients and will build strong, long-lasting relationships where you'll be seen as a trusted advisor for delivering change in a hybrid digital health world. You'll be driving the account strategy and support on Corporate Development in your accounts too. With support from the wider team, you'll identify and proactively open doors for new business.

🩺 OK, that’s me, but who are DrDoctor?

Take a look at our careers page or our website to find out a bit more about our mission, vision, and impact!

But ultimately, we 💚 the NHS and want to help it work better. We radically transform the delivery of health services to make healthcare work for everyone – for patients, doctors, administrative teams, and taxpayers.

DrDoctor was built on a simple belief: technology can transform the NHS. Our B Corporation certification holds us accountable not just for what we build, but for how we build it - and the impact that has on people, patients, and the health system around us.

☀️ What would I be doing day to day?

One of the great things about DrDoctor is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your ‘BAU’ or your regular teams!

However, the key things you could expect would include:

  • Being the senior presence in your clients, building and maintaining 'C' and Director level relationships that you'll use to help drive and unblock digital transformation, and retain and grow accounts
  • Working with the transformation team to understand and deliver solutions to your client's problems; you'll spend plenty of time on-site and be super knowledgeable about our products, their application, the problems they solve, and the value that creates
  • Being the point of escalation and direction for the team, driving positive impact and responsible for KPIs of client health and net revenue retention
  • Build and deliver strategy for your region, understanding ICS' and ensuring account plans align to regional strategies including building and developing ICS opportunities
  • Knowing your clients inside out and working with our corporate development team to share market intelligence and identifying opportunities for new partnerships
  • Helping land new business, by joining the dots across the region with successes and opportunities, while steering marketing requirements
  • Building and maintaining relationships with 3rd parties like NHS Regional Teams, Academic Health Science Networks, etc.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We’d love to find someone who loves to collaborate and enjoys being in person. We operate a remote by default working approach but we do have a London office which we’d love to see you in as often as you can, although this isn’t mandatory and it's definitely not a deal breaker! We have people based all over the UK, and in India, and we’re very well set up for remote working!

Depending on your role, we'd usually expect people to be in the office for team collaboration, attending some of our in-person events, or with clients on a semi-regular basis. For some, this could mean travelling once a month, for others (particularly client-facing roles), this might be more like once a week. We can give you more information about this during the interview process :)

🎓 OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?

  • Healthcare sector knowledge
  • Consulting experience or proven strong problem-solving ability
  • Proven experience in delivering impactful results, through projects, programmes, or client work
  • Demonstrable track record of account ownership and growth
  • Experience in developing and delivering account growth strategies and plans
  • Evidence of ability to combine detailed knowledge of products and services with customer problems to develop and deliver complex solutions
  • The use of data and metrics to drive and improve performance
  • Experience of managing, motivating, or mentoring other team members
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including at Director level and above

💡 Thinking of applying?
