emagine consulting is seeking a Payments Business Analyst with experience in regulated financial services, ideally with exposure to Private Banking and Wealth Management environments.
We are seeking a skilled Transformation Lead, our client has recently completed the initial divestment of its claims platform and outsourced the administration of a pensions book to a third-party provider. The organization is now assessing the future transformation of the platform, operating model, and associated services.

Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Programme Director, with direct engagement and influence across senior business sponsors and line-of-business stakeholders.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end transformation programmes, spanning both technology and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success operating within complex environments and managing a broad range of senior stakeholders.
- Referenceable experience working with offshore outsourced service providers and delivery partners.
- Desired transformation experience includes:
- IT architecture modernisation and platform transformation.
- Telephony and customer service technology optimisation.
- AI-enabled operating models, including bots, algorithms, and business process integration.
- Cost optimisation initiatives aligned to efficiency and organisational maturity objectives.
- Workforce and operating model transformation.
- Strong organisational change management experience across all levels of the business.
- Commercially astute, with experience negotiating and executing contractual and commercial agreements.
- Proven capability in developing and securing approval for transformation business cases.
- Financial services experience is essential, with Life & Pensions sector expertise highly desirable.
