Transformation Lead
£85,000 – £100,000 + bonus + benefits

We are working with a purpose-led digital health organisation that is transforming how healthcare services are delivered across the UK. Following continued growth and increased demand for large-scale transformation support, the business is expanding its senior client leadership capability. This is an opportunity to join a company that combines commercial success with a genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency and the long-term sustainability of healthcare services.
The Transformation Lead will act as a trusted advisor to senior NHS stakeholders, helping clients navigate complex transformation programmes while identifying opportunities for growth, partnership and long-term strategic value.

- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across NHS organisations
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and help unblock complex change programmes
- Develop regional account strategies aligned to wider healthcare priorities
- Drive client health KPIs, retention and account growth
- Identify new partnership and business development opportunities across your region
You Will Need
- Significant experience in transformation, consulting or strategic account leadership
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, ICSs and healthcare transformation
- Ability to influence C-suite and Director-level stakeholders
- Commercial awareness with experience supporting revenue growth and retention
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and problem-solving skills
