Join us as Transformation Lead, Supply Chain

You’ll be fully accountable for the transformation blueprint and roadmap, delivering an end-to-end customer journey transformation.

You’ll own the definition, coordination, and delivery of critical, strategic initiatives while managing relationships with key stakeholders.

This is your opportunity to steer the strategic vision of the Supply Chain function along with senior colleagues.

You’ll spend at least two days a week in the office to coordinate resources and keep teams aligned.

What you'll do

As Transformation Lead within Supply Chain, you’ll drive and lead the initiation, planning, design, and implementation of all aspects of business change in line with the strategic direction of the Supply Chain function. You’ll be negotiating and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement across a breadth of projects. You’ll also actively lead and be accountable for integration projects, making sure future state plans include the appropriate people, locations, and infrastructure.

You’ll also be:

  • Identifying, coordinating, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives and process re-engineering to the business model
  • Developing and owning the business case, including a full view of benefits delivered
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Supporting and driving compliance with all business policies, to ensure delivery against statutory, regulatory, and legal obligations

The skills you'll need

As Transformation Lead you'll have the ability to see the bigger picture, with experience providing strategic leadership to identify improvement opportunities across the function including process, people, and tools, and building the business cases to support transformations and deliver against business cases. You’ll need strong communication skills and experience of producing recommendation papers for executive and senior audiences.

You’ll have a proven track record of delivering transformational change across people, process, systems, and tools within a supply chain function. You’ll need strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence at executive and senior manager levels, including the ability to drive successful outcomes from cross-functional delivery teams. You’ll make sure that every decision is data-led and focused on impact.

We’ll also expect you to have:

  • The ability to collaborate at different levels across the bank
  • An in-depth understanding of Supply Chain as a business unit including third-party risk management
  • Ability to break complex problems into a set of deliverables, each of which moves the business forward in a measurable manner
  • Experience of operational and financial planning with a strong strategic awareness
  • The ability to unlock value, drive efficiencies, and improve the end-user customer experience, ideally leveraging AI to transform processes
  • Experience of relevant legal policies, regulatory and statutory obligations, risk management, and internal governance frameworks
  • A background in leading diverse professional teams
