We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to drive strategic initiatives across a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme at one of our global banking clients. The successful candidate will provide thought leadership, lead complex transformation and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional programme leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills, alongside the ability to develop compelling board-level reporting and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programmes across TPRM
  • Establish and manage programme governance, PMO structures, RAID management, reporting, and executive steering committees.
  • Drive strategic change initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring alignment to regulatory and business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and industry best practice recommendations to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with executive and senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and securing programme buy-in.
  • Develop high-quality reports, executive briefings, and board-level materials that clearly articulate risks, progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
  • Create compelling and visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership forums, committees, and regulators.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, operating model enhancement, and risk reduction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across risk, operations, technology, procurement, and business functions.
  • Monitor programme performance, benefits realisation, and transformation outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
