Transformation Lead – Third Party Risk, Operational Resilience & Business Continuity
Location: UK Remote (occasional travel, typically once per month)
Albany Beck is supporting a major Investment Bank on a high-profile transformation programme focused on Third Party Risk Management, Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.
We're looking for an experienced Transformation Lead who can bring structure to complex challenges, influence senior stakeholders and help shape the future direction of critical risk and resilience capabilities across the organisation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, challenging existing thinking and translating complex regulatory, operational and business problems into clear, actionable outcomes.
You will work directly with senior leaders across Risk, Operations, Procurement, Technology and Business Functions, driving initiatives that strengthen resilience, improve governance and deliver sustainable business change.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading strategic transformation initiatives across Third Party Risk Management, Operational Resilience and Business Continuity.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to define priorities, shape solutions and drive decision-making.
- Facilitating workshops, working groups and stakeholder sessions to solve complex business challenges.
- Developing future-state operating models, governance frameworks and process improvements.
- Producing high-quality executive reports, recommendations, options papers and governance materials.
- Creating impactful presentations that simplify complex information and support strategic decision-making.
- Driving programme outcomes across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, risk and regulatory objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, governance and organisational effectiveness.
- Influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to achieve consensus and momentum.
- Supporting the delivery of resilience, supplier governance and third-party risk initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' experience across at least two of the following:
- Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Operational Resilience
- Business Continuity Management (BCM/BCIM)
- Proven experience leading transformation, regulatory or strategic change initiatives within financial services.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, challenge and influence senior audiences.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and report-writing capability, with the ability to capture complex ideas, decisions and recommendations in a clear, engaging and executive-ready format.
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of governance, operating models, process improvement and organisational change.
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Ideal Background
We're particularly interested in individuals who have operated as Transformation Leads, Programme Leads, Business Transformation Managers, Change Leads, Operational Resilience Leads, TPRM Leads or similar.
You may come from Risk, Operations, Governance, Resilience or Transformation functions, but you'll have a track record of leading change, influencing senior stakeholders and turning complex challenges into practical business outcomes.
