💚 Who are you?
At DrDoctor, our Transformation team is at the heart of how we make change happen in the NHS. We’re the ones who partner with hospitals to turn smart technology into real, measurable impact for staff and patients alike.
From first installation through to long-term adoption, we work side-by-side with clinical and operational teams to embed our platform, unlock impact and drive continuous improvement. Over the years, we've developed deep expertise in navigating the complexity of hospital environments and delivering change that sticks.
Our team leads everything from implementation projects to optimisation programmes - making sure every Trust we work with gets maximum value from the tools we provide.
Join us on our mission to change healthcare one hospital at a time, by taking clients efficiently and effectively through their transformation journey. You must be an exceptional planner, do-er and people person.
🩺 OK, that’s me, but who are DrDoctor?
Take a look at our careers page or our website to find out a bit more about our mission, vision, and impact!
But ultimately, we 💚 the NHS and want to help it work better. We radically transform the delivery of health services to make healthcare work for everyone – for patients, doctors, administrative teams and taxpayers.
DrDoctor was built on a simple belief: technology can transform the NHS. Our B Corporation certification holds us accountable not just for what we build, but for how we build it - and the impact that has on people, patients and the health system around us.
☀️ What would I be doing day to day?
One of the great things about DrDoctor is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your ‘BAU’ or your regular teams!
However, the key things you could expect would include:
- Leading implementation and transformation projects that deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for our clients.
- Managing complex, large-scale change across NHS Trusts.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients - helping them get the most from our platform and become champions of DrDoctor.
- Working closely with a combination of service managers, clinicians and frontline teams to design solutions that solve real problems and embed our tools into day-to-day practice.
- Proactively monitoring usage and adoption to ensure clients are seeing tangible value, and working alongside Regional Leads to surface successes to C-suite stakeholders.
- Analysing performance data and recommending ways to improve how clients use our platform.
- Acting as the voice of the customer - gathering feedback and using it to improve our products and services.
- Contributing to internal improvement projects, helping our team and company to improve how we operate.
- Supporting growth by identifying opportunities for further rollout, and contributing to proposals and business cases for new projects and upsell opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’d love to find someone who loves to collaborate and enjoys being in person. We operate a remote by default working approach but we do have a London office which we’d love to see you in as often as you can, although this isn’t mandatory and it's definitely not a deal breaker! We have people based all over the UK, and in India and we’re very well set up for remote working!
Depending on your role, we'd usually expect people to be in the office for team collaboration, attending some of our in-person events, or with clients on a semi-regular basis. For some, this could mean travelling once a month, for others (particularly client-facing roles), this might be more like once a week. We can give you more information about this during the interview process :)

- A sharp eye for detail and a high standard of delivery.
- Confidence working with data, ideally using tools like Excel, Power BI, Splunk or SQL to analyse and present insights.
- The ability to quickly grasp how our technology works and explain it in a way others can understand.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in digital transformation, improvement projects or system implementations.
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector and the NHS.
