Job Title: Transformation Consulting Manager
Salary: £50,000
Location: UK | Hybrid Working

Role Description
The Transformation Manager will lead clients through end-to-end digital transformation, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing improvement. Working closely with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders, you'll ensure technology delivers lasting value while helping healthcare organisations achieve their transformation goals.

Role Highlights
- Lead end-to-end transformation and implementation projects across NHS Trusts.
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians, operational leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of digital healthcare solutions to maximise long-term value.
- Analyse performance data to identify improvements and optimise service delivery.
- Support future growth through expansion opportunities, business cases and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience delivering digital transformation, implementation or business change projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting data to support decision making.
- Experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar reporting platforms.
- A passion for improving healthcare services and delivering positive outcomes for patients and NHS teams.
