Passionate Transformation Manager Needed

We’re searching for a passionate Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team!

The Transformation Manager plays a vital key independent role within the team, helping a portfolio of transformation programmes shift from good intent to confident delivery.

This hands-on position is perfect for someone who can bring structure, pace, and constructive challenge—someone who enables teams to translate ambition into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and practical delivery actions.

Working across multiple programmes and collaborating with business stakeholders, the Transformation Manager supports teams in establishing defined milestones, governance frameworks, RAID controls, delivery routines, success measures, and value cases. This role ensures consistency, visibility, and momentum across the portfolio, aligning activity with broader transformation initiatives while empowering business teams to take ownership of change through support, challenge, and practical guidance.

This role is based in our London or Warwick office, with flexibility for at least two days per week on-site. We welcome requests for additional flexibility to support your ideal working arrangements.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and drive high-impact transformation programmes, helping teams turn vision into clear plans, confident delivery, and measurable success.
  • Apply structure, pace, and energy to complex work by building strong milestones, delivery routines, governance, RAID controls, and action tracking.
  • Provide constructive challenge and practical guidance, ensuring programme teams stay focused, resolve blockers, and keep delivery on track.
  • Strengthen portfolio-wide alignment, identifying dependencies, gaps, and opportunities to avoid duplication and enhance joined-up delivery.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), success measures, and value cases that demonstrate real progress and impact.
  • Foster trusted stakeholder relationships, influencing, coaching, and collaborating to create shared ownership of change.
  • Develop clear insights and compelling narratives for leaders to make informed decisions while ensuring teams understand how their work supports broader transformation goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
