Location: London / remote - open to candidates nationwide
Hours of work: 40
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 7 months
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transformation MI & Data Co-ordinator to play a key role in the development of reporting, automation, and systems, while supporting enhancements to a SharePoint-based Document Management System (DMS) shared with the client.
This position offers a flexible working approach, opportunities for professional growth, and occasional travel.
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about data, reporting, and automation, and who can leverage digital tools to drive efficiency and generate meaningful insights.
The role will support both business-as-usual (BAU) activities and a critical rectification programme, ensuring continuity of reporting and data analysis during a period of team transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transformation of reporting structures and deliver robust reporting outputs
- Develop and maintain the SharePoint-based Document Management System (DMS)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and effective MI collection and storage processes
- Engage with operational teams and clients to improve reporting and DMS usability
- Develop dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Tableau
- Design and enhance automated workflows using Power Automate
- Analyse large datasets to produce insights, reporting packs, and presentation materials for stakeholders
- Ensure data collection, storage, and sharing processes align with best practice and regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching and support on systems including SharePoint, Insight, and Tririga

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros, advanced formulas, and XLOOKUPs
- Experience using SharePoint and Excel as reporting tools
- Experience with Tableau for data extraction and analysis
- Strong Power BI skills, particularly dashboard creation and development (desirable)
- Experience working with TRIRIGA data (advantageous)
- Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and reporting packs
